Damaged Goods

Green Giving Co hampers are safely packaged in a very durable cardboard outer box with wood wool inside, to ensure the hampers arrive safe and undamaged. Whilst we take all precautions to have your gift hamper arrive safely and undamaged, accidents can occur during delivery.

If your hamper is damaged on arrival, you may return the hamper unopened. In this circumstance we can either send you out a replacement hamper, give you a store credit or issue a full refund.

Not 100% Satisfied?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your hamper, you may return it for a full refund only if it is sent back undamaged, unused and in its original condition within 14 days of the date on the invoice. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind decisions.

Refund

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive the refund.

If you select a delivery date that isn’t in accordance with our delivery time-frames and request a refund, we are unable to refund the PayPal transaction fees. You will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees we still incur as a result of your error.

The refund will only be processed once the goods have been returned.

Store Credit

If you choose to use store credit, the credit will be valid for 6 months from original purchase date.

Replacement

A replacement hamper will be sent out as soon as we receive the original hamper back. You can choose to receive the exact same hamper, or a similar hamper of equal value.

Returning Items by Mail

To return any Green Giving Co hampers by mail:

Notify us at info@greengivingco.com.au of your intention to return the product(s), including the reasons you are returning them and whether you want a replacement, refund or store credit.

We will contact you with a return address and any special instructions.

Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible).

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items received we cannot issue a replacement, store credit or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. All returns must be sent prepaid – we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
