Standard Delivery

FREE to South East Queensland

We charge a flat rate of $19.50 per order for postage to the rest of Australia.

$9.50 per additional hamper going to the same address.

Expected Delivery Times:
Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch plus:

South East Queensland – 1-3 working days
Queensland – 1-5 working days
New South Wales – 1-3 working days
Victoria – 2-6 working days
South Australia – 3-6 working days
Tasmania – 4-7 working days
Australian Capital Territory – 2-4 working days
Western Australia – 6-12 working days
Northern Territory – 6-12 working days

Deliveries to regional and remote destinations can take several extra days. Also, during peak times (such as Christmas) there may be some additional delays which are out of our control.

COVID-19 update: Due to the increased demand on delivery providers (reduced flights, lockdown restrictions, border closures etc) you may experience some pickup and delivery delays. 

Important Please Note:

  • We do not deliver to post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
  • The earliest a hamper can be dispatched is the next working day (when ordered before 5pm), we are unable to dispatch the same day the order is made.
  • Please take into account public holidays when selecting a delivery date. We are unable to dispatch on a public holiday and they are NOT counted as a working day in the delivery time-frames.
  • Requests for deliveries on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
  • Please take into consideration the expected delivery times (above) if requesting a preferred delivery date.
  • If you select a delivery date that isn’t in accordance with our delivery time-frames and request a refund, we are unable to refund the PayPal transaction fees. You will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees we still incur as a result of your error.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We can not accept specified time deliveries (eg. delivery at 3.00pm).
  • We do not currently offer express delivery as an option.
  • We aim to send your hamper within two working days, following receipt of your order.
  • If a hamper is on backorder (displayed at checkout), please allow an additional 2-5 working days.
  • Some country areas are town or depot delivery only.


Courier Companies

We use Sendle to ship the majority of our gift hampers, which is a carbon neutral delivery service.

Our delivery companies usually deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. They do not deliver on weekends, or public holiday and they do not accept specified time deliveries (eg. deliver at 3.00pm).

Recipient’s Address

If the courier company is unable to deliver the parcel as no one is at home at the time, and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notice will be left for the recipient advising them of where the parcel can be collected. Alternately, the courier will leave a calling card, complete with contact details to arrange another time for the courier to return with the delivery.

Green Giving Co is not responsible for an incorrect address provided, or if the recipient no longer resides at the stated address. However, we are always more than willing to assist our customers in resolving such unfortunate situations.
