Courier Companies

We use Sendle to ship the majority of our gift hampers, which is a carbon neutral delivery service.

Recipient’s Address

Authority To Leave – Selected At Checkout

If YES is selected – The courier will leave the parcel unattended at the address if deemed relatively secure to do so.

If NO is selected – The courier will not leave the parcel if no one is available to receive it. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply.

If the courier company is unable to deliver the parcel as no one is at home at the time, and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notice will be left for the recipient advising them of where the parcel can be collected. Alternately, the courier will leave a calling card, complete with contact details to arrange another time for the courier to return with the delivery.
